After completing your order, you will shortly receive an order confirmation with details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email includes a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way to your home or pickup point. Finally, you will be notified via SMS when your package is ready for pickup or when to expect home delivery.
We automate our warehouse and begin processing your order as soon as possible. Once the process has started, you cannot make changes or cancel your order. However, you can always return your items according to our terms and conditions.
Your shipping confirmation includes a tracking link where you can view the current status. If you have not received a shipping confirmation or have any other questions, you are always welcome to contact us.
A return label (DHL, PostNord, FedEx) is included with your order. For deliveries via Instabox, use the link provided in your SMS or email from Instabox/Budbee. Drop off the package at your selected location. No return label is needed. The return cost of 7,5 EURO will automatically be deducted from your refund.
Your package is usually held at the pickup point/terminal for 7–14 days after arrival, depending on the carrier. For more information, please refer to the specific carrier. If you do not collect your package within this time, it will be returned to us and you will be charged a fee for uncollected shipments (7,5 EURO).
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. The free shipping threshold may vary depending on the delivery method, such as pickup point/locker or home delivery. You can see current shipping costs and any free shipping threshold directly on the product page under “Delivery to my area” by entering your postal code. Shipping costs may also vary depending on the selected carrier.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the carrier you choose. You will see the estimated delivery date at checkout after entering your address. Standard delivery time is 1–2 days.

Please first check your order confirmation and compare it with the contents of your package. Then send your order number along with a photo of the packing slip included in the package so we can assist you faster.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact. Please note that underwear (excluding bras) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

If you purchased your item from one of our retailers or physical stores, please contact the store directly. The store is responsible for handling and following up on your claim.
