We unfortunately can't guarantee that all information arrives correctly if the wrong email was entered, but we're happy to send the order confirmation with tracking number to the correct address so you can follow the delivery.

The invoice is registered and becomes visible within the following business days after the order is completed. If it's missing, email support@breadandboxers.com.

Once an order is placed, we unfortunately can't add or remove products. If you want to order more, place a new order.

No, a placed order can't be cancelled. If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to place a new order and return the parcel you receive.

Payments are handled securely by our payment partner Kustom. At checkout you'll see the methods available to you — usually card payment, Klarna and local payment methods.
