Once your return arrives, it takes about 10–15 business days to process. Refunds go to the same payment method used at purchase — the local method or Klarna — and usually appear within a few banking days.

Yes, as long as the packaging is unopened. For hygiene reasons, briefs and underwear with opened or broken packaging can't be returned. Unopened, in original condition with tags intact, they can be returned within 30 days. (Bras don't count as underwear and can be returned as normal.)
