Once your order is completed, you will shortly receive an order confirmation with details about your purchase. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This will include a tracking link so you can follow your order all the way to your home or to a pickup point. You will also be notified via SMS when your package is ready for pickup or when to expect home delivery.
Our warehouse is automated and we begin processing your order as soon as possible. Once the process has started, it is unfortunately not possible to make changes or cancel your order. You can always return your order in accordance with our return policy.
In your shipping confirmation, you will find a tracking link where you can view the current status. If you have not received a shipping confirmation or have any other questions, feel free to contact us.
A return shipping label (DHL, PostNord, FedEx, Bring) is included with your order. For Instabox deliveries, please use the link provided in the SMS or email you received from Instabox/Budbee. Drop off the package at your chosen location. No return label is required. The return cost of 7,5 £ will automatically be deducted from your refund.
Your package will normally be held at the pickup point/terminal for 7–14 days after arrival, depending on the carrier. For more information about the holding time, please refer to the respective carrier. If you do not collect your package within this time, it will be returned to us and you will be charged a fee for an uncollected package ( 7,5 £).
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. The free shipping threshold may vary depending on the selected delivery method, such as pickup point/parcel locker or home delivery. You can view current shipping costs and any free shipping threshold directly on the product page under “Delivery to my area”, where you can enter your postal code for location-specific information. Shipping costs may also vary depending on the selected carrier.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier you choose. You will see the estimated delivery date at checkout once you enter your address. Standard delivery time is 1–2 days (Sweden). Outside Sweden, delivery takes 3–5 business days.
We offer home delivery, pickup points/service points, and parcel lockers.

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us directly at support@breadandboxers.com and we will help investigate what happened. Please first check your order confirmation and compare it with the contents of your package. Then send your order number along with a photo of the packing slip included in the package so we can handle your case more quickly.
Returns & Refunds
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact. Please note that underwear (excluding bras) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it normally takes 10–15 business days to process. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Processing time by payment method: Kustom: 2–5 banking days PayPal: 1–3 banking days
Claims

If you purchased your item from one of our retailers or a physical store, please contact the store directly to handle your claim. The store is responsible for processing and following up on your case.
