There are several payment options available on our site. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.
Your credit card number is sent by an encrypted connection to your bank.
Your order will be processed within one working day after it has been placed. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including pricing and purchase details.
PRICE, CUSTOMS AND CURRENCIES
The prices you see specified next to are stated in the available currency of your market. They exclude eventual shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout. Our products are distributed from our warehouse outside Stockholm. We do not take responsibility for custom charges outside EU. Bread & Boxers is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

We do our very best to ensure that you receive your products as fast as possible; usually within 2-5 business days. In the e-mail with your order confirmation you will also find your order number, save this for quick customer service if you should have any problems with your order.

When placing your order, you will be asked to submit some personal data. This information will not be sent to a third party – we do, however, need to provide our distributor with your address so they can deliver your socks to you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
BREAD & BOXERS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to exchange or return products (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. Underwear has to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange products, you must cover shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your products or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
We do not take responsibility for any products lost during the return shipping.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
Contact us at email@example.com and state your order number, which product you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our products better). Then we will come back with the proper instructions. If you do not contact us before returning the products, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.
BREAD & BOXERS COMPLAINT POLICY
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged goods, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new products or a refund, depending on your wish.
