WHICH PERSONAL DATA DO WE USE?
To handle your orders and purchases, we require the following information about you; Name, Address, phone number and e-mail, Date of birth (for some payment methods), Payment information and payment history, Information about your order (for ex: order number, product(s), delivery address, and invoice), Information you personally provide during your communication with us. We do in order to complete our transaction with you. The information is saved for 36 months, from the time both delivery and payment have been processed, for the purpose of helping you with potential complaints and returns. In order to customize our marketing for you, showing our products and deals on both our site and those of our partners, we require the following information about you: IP, Data gathered by cookies and the like (For example, on which products you clicked and your shopping history), Order number. We do this with the legal obligation of processing in a way that is necessary to cater to both our and your legitimate interests by marketing our products to you for up to one year after your latest activity on our site. If you wish to receive our newsletter, access to a variety of deal or participate in customer surveys, we require the following information about you; Name, Address, phone number and e-mail, Information you personally provide (for ex: your views, feedback and the like) We do this only upon receiving your consent during the providing of said information. In order for us to exercise our legitimate interest in marketing towards our customers, you might also receive tailored marketing through email if you have purchased from our website. WHO CAN WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

The Bread & Boxers mobile messaging service (“SMS”) is operated by Bread & Boxers (“Bread & Boxers AB,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or terminate the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also amend these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to Bread & Boxers AB's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Bread & Boxers AB via your mobile carrier to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Marketing messages may include promotions, offers, and other marketing content (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Bread & Boxers. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your mobile carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your mobile carrier.

You may cancel the Service at any time. Text BSTOP to 71126 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation text of your opt-out. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you are subscribed to other Bread & Boxers AB mobile message programs and wish to cancel, you must unsubscribe separately from those programs unless otherwise required by applicable law. We may change any short code or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP requests, sent to a short code or phone number we have changed may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The mobile carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you must re-enroll in the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you take or do not take in reliance on the information or Service.
