Return within 30 days in original condition with all tags intact. Use the FedEx return label included or sent by email. A return fee of $7.50 is deducted from the refund.

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order in the size or color you want — that's the fastest way.

Track your delivery via the link/tracking number in your order confirmation and in the message from the carrier.

Free shipping over $100. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout for your chosen method.

Once your return arrives, it takes about 10–15 business days to process. Refunds go to the same payment method used at purchase (the local method you chose at checkout, or Klarna).

If the package isn't collected in time, it's automatically returned to us and handled as a return with a refund. A return fee of $7.50 is deducted. To extend the pickup time, contact your pickup point directly.

Yes, as long as the packaging is unopened. For hygiene reasons, briefs and underwear with opened or broken packaging can't be returned. Unopened, in original condition with tags intact, they can be returned within 30 days. (Bras don't count as underwear and can be returned as normal.)
