Payment Options

Our products are shipped from our warehouse outside Stockholm, Sweden. We are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU. Bread & Boxers is not responsible for any changes in exchange rates or fees applied by your bank or credit card provider.

Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition with all tags intact.

Please note: Underwear is considered a hygiene product. We do not accept returns of underwear if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

How to Return

If you wish to return an item, you can use the return label included in your order (DHL, FedEx).

If you ordered via Budbee or Instabox, you must book your return and pickup using the link provided by the delivery service.

Please note that returns are not free of charge. A return fee of 75 SEK (7,5 euro) will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 days after we receive your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
